    It will vary with the investments, but typically, our investment hold periods vary between 3 - 7 years but could be as long as 10 years and will be impacted by market cycles.
  • What is the minimum investment for your offerings?
    Minimum investment will vary by the offering, but is typically $100,000, but sometimes could be as low as $50,000 and will be spelled out in detail in the offering documents for a specific investment
  • When do I get my investment back?
    Typically once the property has been sold, you will get your original investment back. Sometimes, if the conditions are right, if we refinance the property after we have done the required renovations, depending on the amount of refinance, you will get a portion of your original investment back

    According to the SEC’s Office of Investor Education and Advocacy An accredited investor, in the context of a natural person, includes anyone who: - earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year, OR - has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence).
